SS19: Introducing April’s New Collections

Wander often, wonder always. This season, we’re taking the road less travelled with our new April collections, each brought to life with inspiration sourced from faraway places in Mexico and Singapore. From daywear to event-season style, explore the key pieces from the new (and upcoming) arrivals…

Inspired by the Mexican coastal town of the same name, the Sayulita daywear collection is a colourful infusion of bright colours, vivacious floralsand yarn-dye stripes, and traditional Latin American embellishments. Wind-blown silhouettes match back with crisp white denims and natural straw accessories to evoke a relaxed aesthetic.

Eastern-inspired florals, eclectic embroideries and solid pops of colour come together in the Kampong Glam collection, creating smart styles for the new season. Referencing the bustling fashion district of Singapore, these punchy pieces were made to be noticed.

Drawing influences from the V&A’s ‘Inside the Frida Kahlo: Making Her Self Up’ and ‘Fashioned by Nature’ exhibitions, Baja Hothouse is an occasionwear story that mixes vivacious Mexican art and colour with the beauty of the natural world. Sun-blushed terracotta, sunshine yellow and cobalt blue combine with earthy tones, while prints take on an abstract and geometric mood.
